Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join a boutique investment management business in London. You will own the full marketing mix, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive adviser engagement, brand awareness and business growth across the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality content, thought‑leadership pieces and marketing collateral aimed at financial advisers.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage website content, email marketing and other digital communications.
• Coordinate adviser events, webinars and conferences.
• Produce sales collateral and presentations to support business development.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Investment and Product teams on commercial marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience within financial services, wealth management, discretionary investment management or financial advice.
• Strong understanding of the UK financial adviser (IFA) market.
• Experience with Model Portfolio Services, discretionary investment solutions or multi‑asset propositions is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and content‑creation abilities.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude and ability to thrive in a lean, fast‑paced environment.
