Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to support marketing activities across the UK & Ireland for a fast‑growing B2B technology business. The role will help increase brand awareness, generate demand and support sales pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, working closely with regional, EMEA and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage marketing campaigns, landing pages and email programmes from creation through to lead hand‑over.
• Plan, promote and deliver webinars, including live delivery and on‑demand follow‑up.
• Organise and execute customer and prospect events such as executive dinners, workshops and networking sessions.
• Partner with sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
• Create engaging copy for emails, landing pages and social media.
• Support flagship regional events alongside the wider events team.
• Adapt and optimise global marketing content for the UK & Ireland market.
• Maintain day‑to‑day regional marketing operations and identify process improvements.
• Track campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve effectiveness and lead generation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in regional, field or demand‑generation marketing within a B2B software, SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven track record delivering digital marketing campaigns and customer events.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing channels, lead generation and performance metrics.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and attention to detail.
