Marketing Technology Project Lead - Banking

About the role

This six‑month fixed‑term position offers the chance to lead critical marketing technology implementations for a global bank. Working in a hybrid model from London, you will manage complex workstreams such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Workfront and web content platforms, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic and regulatory priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of marketing technology projects, including system integrations and platform upgrades.
• Develop detailed project plans, controlling scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Compliance, Risk and external vendors to meet milestones.
• Prepare clear progress reports for senior management, highlighting risks, decisions and financial impacts.
• Oversee governance, change management and risk mitigation activities to satisfy internal controls and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing large‑scale marketing technology projects within a financial or banking environment.
• Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements relevant to technology projects.
• Proven ability to handle dependencies, change controls and deliver in complex settings.
