Martech Specialist, AI Deployment

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Martech Specialist to lead AI deployment within our marketing technology team. You will shift AI from a productivity tool to a core capability that powers content creation, scaling and governance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the content‑scaling programme, translating goals into sequenced work, managing stakeholders and delivering outcomes.
• Design and build AI agents (e.g., using Claude) to automate repeatable content‑production tasks while maintaining human oversight.
• Integrate AI agents into the martech stack and data platforms, ensuring compliance with financial‑services regulations.
• Run discovery and testing of creative‑AI tooling to improve quality and scale of creative output.
• Manage tooling selection and RFP processes for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Champion AI adoption across other teams, sharing best practices and supporting implementation.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building AI‑driven workflows or agents that are relied on by marketing or content teams.
• Strong programme leadership experience, delivering cross‑functional workstreams end‑to‑end.
• First‑principles, systems‑thinking mindset with the ability to break down complex problems.
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous, stakeholder‑heavy environments.
• Solid understanding of marketing content creation and the guardrails needed for quality.
• Martech literacy and experience running rigorous tooling selection processes.
• Comfort working in a regulated, high‑governance environment with data‑protection and compliance built in.
