Master HGV & Van Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Master HGV & Van Technician to join a well‑established commercial vehicle dealership in Bedfont. You will deliver high‑quality diagnostics and complex repairs on commercial trucks and vans while supporting the wider workshop team.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications.
• Carry out complex fault‑finding and ensure first‑time fix wherever possible.
• Maintain and update workshop diagnostic equipment.
• Prepare warranty and manufacturer documentation for all work.
• Promote outstanding repair quality across the workshop.
• Mentor and support technicians and apprentices, identifying training needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Master Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician, Diagnostic Technician or similar.
• Manufacturer‑accredited Master Technician qualification (proof required).
• Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Technician.
• Solid understanding of the truck and van industry.
