Join a dynamic and safety-oriented logistics operation based in Lincoln. As a Material Handling Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting high-level engineering and manufacturing activities within a highly structured warehouse environment.

Missions principales

• Manage the daily movement of materials across the site to ensure seamless production flow.
• Execute the full goods cycle: receiving, verifying, storing, picking, and shipping merchandise with high precision.
• Perform accurate stock entries and updates within the inventory management systems.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move goods safely.
• Prepare, kit, and pack orders according to strict quality and efficiency standards.
• Support regular inventory audits and cycle counting to maintain stock accuracy.
• Strictly adhere to all Health, Safety, and Quality (HSQ) procedures and site regulations.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and order precision.
• Reliable and disciplined approach to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Flexibility to work on-site in Lincoln and travel between local sites as required.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
