Mathematics Teacher (QTS) – Full‑time, Fixed‑term

About the role

We are partnering with a highly regarded mixed grammar school in Trafford to recruit a qualified Mathematics teacher. The role starts in September 2026 and involves teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to deliver A‑Level Mathematics in the sixth form.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons for KS3 and KS4 students.
• Teach A‑Level Mathematics to sixth‑form learners, where applicable.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and progress.
• Support students of all abilities to reach their full potential.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and a passion for teaching.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and a clean DBS check.
• Full employment and education history with explanations for any gaps.
