About the role
We are seeking a passionate Maths Lecturer to join a respected education provider in South Cheshire. You will teach GCSE, Functional Skills and A Level Mathematics, creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for learners of mixed abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver planned learning in line with curriculum requirements.
- Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and teaching resources.
- Mark assignments, provide constructive feedback and monitor learner progress.
- Support learners with exam preparation and resit processes.
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance activities.
Required profile
- UK‑recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, DTLLS/PGDE or equivalent).
- Degree or relevant qualification in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
- Experience teaching GCSE, Functional Skills or A Level Mathematics.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners.

- Competitive salary £30,000‑£33,000 per annum (FTE).
