About the role
We are seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to join a well‑regarded secondary school in Bracknell. The role starts in September 2026 and offers a supportive environment where you can develop your teaching practice.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Optionally teach Key Stage 5 if you have the expertise.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve confidence and results.
- Contribute ideas to the department and participate in wider school activities.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong mathematics background.
- Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable).
- Commitment to high expectations and student progress.
- Collaborative, organised and proactive attitude.
- Ability to commute to Bracknell.
Required skills
- Deep knowledge of the mathematics curriculum.
- Lesson planning and classroom management.
- Assessment and data‑driven teaching.
