About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a well‑regarded secondary school in Warrington to find an enthusiastic Maths Teacher for a full‑time placement from September to Christmas. You will join a supportive department that values collaboration, high standards and excellent classroom practice.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons for KS3 and KS4 students.
• Assess pupil progress, provide constructive feedback and record outcomes.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support departmental achievement and share best practice.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Commitment to raising attainment and fostering a love of mathematics.
