Maths Teacher – Haywards Heath

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Haywards Heath. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality mathematics lessons, inspire pupils and contribute to a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging maths lessons across the curriculum.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best practices.
• Participate in staff meetings, parent‑teacher conferences and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Experience teaching mathematics at secondary level is desirable.
