About the role
We are seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to join an outstanding secondary school in Newbury on a full‑time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver high‑quality Maths lessons for KS3 and KS4.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with QTS and a Maths specialism.
- Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Mathematics.
- Passionate about delivering engaging, high‑quality lessons.
- Excellent classroom management skills and high expectations of students.
- Organised, collaborative and able to contribute positively to school life.
