Maths Teacher – Secondary School (Full‑time)

About the role

This full‑time Maths Teacher position will deliver KS3 and KS4 mathematics lessons, with the possibility of teaching KS5, and will also take on Form Tutor duties within a high‑achieving secondary academy in Hounslow.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for KS3 and KS4 (and occasional KS5).
• Utilise ICT tools to enhance learning and assessment.
• Act as Form Tutor, supporting the pastoral and wellbeing of a student group.
• Collaborate with department colleagues and contribute to professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate records, meet deadlines and uphold high standards of teaching.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Degree with a specialism in Mathematics.
• Proactive, engaging teaching style with strong understanding of high‑quality instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and ability to meet deadlines.
