About the role

Join Remark Fresh Markets as a Meat Counter Clerk, where you will be the friendly face behind the meat department. You will work in a fast‑paced grocery environment, serving customers with quality food products while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the meat counter, slice, portion, and package meat products according to store standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering product questions and assisting with selections.
• Handle cash transactions and POS operations with minimal supervision.
• Ensure inventory is stocked and rotated properly.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• Ability to work evenings, mornings, days, and weekends as needed.
• Own reliable transportation to reach the store.
• Bondable and able to pass security screening.
• Experience in a retail or food‑service setting is an asset.
