Mechanic – Agricultural & Horticultural Machinery

About the role
We are seeking an experienced mechanic to join a family‑run workshop team in Tunbridge Wells. You will service, maintain and repair a variety of small to mid‑size farming and horticultural equipment, ensuring machines are ready for client use.
Key responsibilities
- Service, repair and diagnose faults on agricultural and horticultural machinery.
- Conduct pre‑delivery inspections and prepare equipment for use.
- Utilise diagnostic tools to identify issues.
- Collect and return machinery from client sites.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
Required profile
- Proven experience repairing agricultural/horticultural machinery such as tractors, self‑propelled mowers, chippers and chainsaws.
- Strong mechanical background.
- Effective communication and IT proficiency.
- Own hand tools and a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle.
