Join a well-established manufacturing leader as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence. This hands-on position is dedicated to maintaining high-performance facilities and equipment while driving continuous improvement through strategic maintenance projects.

Missions principales

• Execute planned, predictive, and reactive mechanical maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose complex faults and implement rapid, effective repairs to restore production.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, including detailed inspections and lubrication schedules.
• Repair and rebuild critical industrial equipment such as pumps, centrifuges, conveyors, and gearboxes.
• Support manufacturing process enhancements and site infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate with external contractors and specialized service providers on complex tasks.
• Utilize and contribute to the development of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Drive a proactive 'zero-breakdown' maintenance culture while ensuring strict HSE compliance.

Profil recherché

• Apprenticeship or formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Strong diagnostic skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable working in production areas, workshops, and outdoor environments.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Competences requises

• Mechanical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Equipment rebuilding (pumps, gearboxes, conveyors).
• Welding proficiency (TIG, MIG, MMA) is highly advantageous.
• CMMS utilization and data management.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards compliance.
