Media Account Director - Offline Media

About the role

All Response Media, a performance marketing agency founded in 1995, is recruiting an Account Director or Senior Account Manager for its Leeds Offline Media team. This is a senior client-facing role leading key client relationships, shaping media strategy and delivering campaigns for ambitious brands, with particular strength in TV planning and buying.

Key responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted strategic adviser, translating client objectives into media strategies
• Lead planning discussions, presentations and strategic reviews, and identify ways to grow client accounts
• Develop and oversee strategies across TV, BVOD, CTV, Radio, Audio, OOH and Print, turning audience insights into investment recommendations
• Ensure high-quality planning and buying, and use performance data to optimise future investment
• Work with Digital, SEO and Data Science teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Manage, coach and develop team members, set priorities and contribute to new business and pitching

Required profile

• Significant media agency experience, ideally at Account Director level or as a Senior Account Manager ready to progress
• Strong experience across offline channels (TV, BVOD, CTV, Radio, Audio, OOH, Print) and proven TV planning and buying expertise
• Experience leading strategic client relationships and managing multiple accounts
• Natural relationship builder, confident influencing senior clients, commercially minded and entrepreneurial

Required skills

• Analytical skills and experience interpreting campaign performance data
• Use of industry tools such as BARB, YouGov, TGI, AdIntel, MediaOcean and TechEdge
• Presentation and recommendation-writing skills
