Media Measurement Lead

About the role

As the Media Measurement Lead you will become Sky’s senior technical owner of media measurement standards, shaping a unified framework that spans ATL, digital, testing, econometrics and campaign reporting. You will ensure that KPIs, methodology principles and evidential standards are consistently applied to drive confident media investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own Sky’s end‑to‑end media measurement framework, defining KPI standards and methodological principles.
• Act as the senior technical measurement authority, guiding design, KPI selection and interpretation of campaign results.
• Lead the design and delivery of robust incrementality testing programmes, including strategic geo‑tests and matched‑market experiments.
• Support the evolution of digital measurement by collaborating with Digital Marketing teams to align platform, attribution and incrementality signals.
• Create a unified approach to interpreting evidence across econometrics, testing, digital measurement and campaign reporting.
• Build and develop a market‑leading measurement capability, leading a team of technical specialists and embedding best practice across media, digital and agency partners.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in experimental design, causal measurement and statistical analysis.
• Advanced statistical thinking combined with hands‑on data capability.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to protect the integrity of evidence.
• Proven senior technical leadership experience in media or marketing measurement.
