Media Planning Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Media Planning Account Manager to join an independent integrated agency in London. You will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, collaborating with strategists, creatives and media buyers to deliver fully integrated campaigns from brief to evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic media plans tailored to each client’s objectives.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and serve as the main point of contact.
• Coordinate with internal teams – strategists, designers, copywriters, media planners and buyers – throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Oversee implementation and handover to investment specialists, and support activation when required.
• Build and maintain relationships with media owners and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a media agency within a planning team.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to challenge the status quo.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset and ability to translate briefs into integrated solutions.
• Leadership qualities and inspirational presence within the area of expertise.
