Medical Account Executive

About the role

Randox Health is seeking a Medical Account Executive to join our team in Warrington. You will act as the primary liaison for private medical companies using our pathology services, ensuring a high‑quality, personalised experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily account needs of hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Communicate with medical and scientific communities via email, presentations and meetings.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of clinical and laboratory pathways across market sectors.
• Establish suitable corporate and contractual relationships within a diverse marketplace.
• Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to produce scientific writing, strategy and marketing material that drives business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a life‑science or medical discipline.
• Strong communication skills for building relationships with diverse customers.
• Commitment to continuous learning in the biotechnology market.
• Proven scientific writing ability for PR, marketing and publications.
• Ability to discuss, calculate and document financial status of customer accounts and pricing.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract (40 hours/week)
• Standard working hours 8:40 am‑5:20 pm, Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturdays
