Medical Publications & Communications Manager – Oncology (Part‑time, Remote)

About the role

The Global Medical Publications and Communications Manager – Oncology will lead the development and execution of publication strategies and scientific communication plans for rare‑disease oncology products across the full product lifecycle. Working remotely, you will ensure study results reach the scientific community, healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers with accuracy and transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement publication strategies for assigned oncology and rare‑disease indications.
• Coordinate the production and timely delivery of multiple scientific documents, including manuscripts, abstracts and posters.
• Optimize reach, engagement and impact of study results through sophisticated publication packages.
• Ensure all communications comply with Good Publication Practice (GPP), ICMJE guidelines and internal ethical standards.
• Develop and maintain scientific communication platforms to support internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• CMPP certification.
• Scientific degree (PhD preferred).
• Proven experience in medical publications and communications within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in publication planning, project management and coordination of multi‑document deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutic areas and rare‑disease products.
