About the role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist / Healthcare Administrator to join a busy podiatry clinic in North West London. This front‑of‑house position requires strong organisation, calm under pressure and a good sense of humour.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and managing appointments
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Maintaining patient records and processing payments
- Providing administrative support to clinicians
- Ensuring a professional and organised reception area
Required profile
- Previous reception or administration experience
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Friendly, professional and dependable
- Relevant previous roles may include Medical Receptionist, Healthcare Administrator, Patient Coordinator, Clinic Receptionist, Medical Secretary or Private Healthcare Administrator
Required skills
What we offer
- £30,000 per annum salary
- Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional Christmas closure
- Company pension scheme

- No weekend working
