Medical Sales Executive - Neonatal

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Sales Executive to drive growth of neonatal and NICU solutions across the East of England, East Anglia and Yorkshire. This home‑based, consultative sales position combines new‑business development with strategic account management for both capital equipment and consumable product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell hospital‑grade breast pump systems, milk storage and warming solutions to NHS and private healthcare providers.
• Engage with neonatologists, NICU nurses, maternity staff, infection‑control teams and procurement departments.
• Navigate complex NHS procurement pathways and negotiate contracts to protect margin.
• Develop and maintain long‑term clinical advocacy and relationships.
• Manage a large geographical territory, plan travel and occasional overnight stays, and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record in NHS and/or private hospital sales.
• Strong background in medical device sales; experience with capital equipment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
