Medical Sales Representative – Hospital & Theatre Products

About the role

Join a leading supplier of surgical and wound‑care products as a Medical Sales Representative covering Scotland and the North‑East of England. You will work within the Acute Care Division, promoting surgical instruments, PPE and consumables to NHS Trust procurement teams, theatre managers and clinical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow existing hospital accounts across the assigned territory.
• Secure new contracts with NHS Trusts and Health Boards.
• Promote a portfolio that includes surgical instruments, bespoke theatre packs, PPE and other consumables.
• Deliver product presentations and training to theatre staff, ODPs, scrub nurses and podiatrists.
• Achieve sales targets and report on market activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling medical or hospital products to theatres or surgical wards.
• Track record of winning NHS Trust or Health Board contracts.
• Strong planning, organisation and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
