About the role

Join a leading global medical technology manufacturer as a Medical Sales Representative, driving the adoption of innovative infusion and drug‑delivery solutions across NHS hospitals and community settings in South East England. You will manage an established territory, build trusted relationships with clinicians, and deliver clinical and economic value that improves patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in acute hospitals and community healthcare environments.
• Grow existing NHS accounts by uncovering expansion opportunities and cross‑selling capital equipment and consumables.
• Demonstrate product value to clinical stakeholders, supporting patient‑care improvements.
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans aligned with commercial targets.
• Achieve sustainable sales growth while exceeding revenue and margin objectives.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience selling medical devices or related technology.
• Proven track record of selling into NHS hospitals or clinical environments.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities.
• Resilience, commercial drive and a desire to exceed targets.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel within the territory.
