About the role

Join a dynamic broking business that supports high‑growth MedTech companies across the UK. This hybrid role, based in Cheltenham (with Bristol flexibility), offers you the chance to act as the dedicated insurance partner for innovative medical‑technology firms, helping them secure the coverage they need to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and advise MedTech clients on their unique risk challenges.
• Design bespoke insurance programmes covering Professional Indemnity, Medical Malpractice, Public & Products Liability, Employers’ Liability, Cyber and Business Interruption.
• Identify gaps in existing cover and propose tailored solutions.
• Manage policy placement, quarterly reviews, mid‑term adjustments and renewals.
• Navigate complex global policies to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
• Provide strategic insight beyond insurance to strengthen client resilience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, emerging risks and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of commercial insurance broking experience (Account Handler, Broker or Account Executive).
• Strong knowledge of core coverages listed above.
• Genuine interest in high‑growth, innovative businesses.
• Confidence advising founders, investors and senior leadership.
• Proactive problem‑solver with commercial acumen.
• Willingness to obtain a CII qualification if not already held.
