About the role

As a Member of Technical Staff on Applied AI, you will productionize frontier AI models to solve complex real‑world problems. You will collaborate closely with researchers and other teammates on the latest advancements in AI and ML.

Key responsibilities

• Productionize frontier AI models to address complex real‑world challenges.
• Collaborate with researchers and teammates on cutting‑edge AI and machine‑learning advancements.
• Integrate models into customers’ technology stacks, working closely with them.
• Take product ownership to make direct business impact.
• Contribute as a founding member of a fast‑growing team, wearing many hats.

Required profile

• Obsession with customers and passion for solving practical, ambiguous real‑world problems.
• Experience as a machine‑learning engineer, preferably building AI products for external customers.
• Background as a technical founder or in a similar capacity.
• Track record of owning problems end‑to‑end and learning quickly.
• Kind, collaborative nature and effective cross‑functional communication.
