Membership Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Membership Advisor to join our team in Milton Keynes. You will be the first point of contact for members, delivering high‑quality service across phone, email, web‑chat and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Handle member enquiries on multiple channels from initial contact to resolution.
• Provide clear information about membership products, benefits and services.
• Contact members regarding subscriptions, fees and account updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data compliance.
• Support retention targets and contribute to service performance metrics.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Confident handling challenging conversations.
• Organised, accurate and able to prioritise workload effectively.
• Self‑motivated team player.
• Previous call‑centre or customer‑contact experience is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
