Menswear Commercial Manager – Retail

About the role

Zara is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the Menswear department at its Glasgow Fort store. You will combine strong product knowledge, commercial insight and visual excellence to drive sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance through product management, visual merchandising and analysis of sales reports.
• Maintain floor layouts, fixtures and displays that meet Zara standards and commercial objectives.
• Monitor stock levels across clothing, footwear, accessories and fragrances, and communicate requirements to senior management.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to optimise digital tools, in‑store technology and stock replenishment processes.
• Lead, coach and develop the commercial team, support onboarding and succession planning.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service, styling advice and promotion of Zara’s in‑store services.
• Uphold health, safety and sustainability standards throughout the department.

Required profile

• Previous management experience in fashion retail.
• Strong visual merchandising experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse reports and act on results.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
