Mental Health Support Worker – Flexible Agency Shifts

About the role
Join Zentar Healthcare as a Mental Health Support Worker, providing person‑centred care across flexible agency shifts in Cornwall. This part‑time, temporary role offers weekly pay and the chance to work in a variety of community and supported‑living settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support to individuals with mental health needs.
- Assist with daily living activities and promote overall wellbeing.
- Uphold dignity, independence, and safety at all times.
- Work across multiple care settings, including crisis and community care.
- Complete clear handovers and maintain accurate records.
- Follow safeguarding and care procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months UK support worker or care experience.
- Previous experience in a mental health care setting.
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
- Availability for last‑minute shifts.
- Drivers are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, professional, and flexible attitude.
- Current DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
