MEP BIM Manager – London

About the role

We are partnering with a leading MEP subcontractor in London to recruit a BIM Manager who will lead the MEP BIM team. The role is ideal for a senior MEP coordinator looking to step up into management, working on large commercial and residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a BIM team of eight, overseeing day‑to‑day activities.
• Liaise with project teams from pre‑construction through to delivery.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, processes and workflows for MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate BIM models, ensuring accurate data exchange and clash detection.
• Support project delivery by providing BIM expertise and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of MEP coordination experience.
• At least 7 years using Revit for MEP modelling.
• Proven experience with COBie data delivery.
• Stage 5 coordination experience on large‑scale projects.
• Previous senior or lead MEP coordination role.
