MEP Quantity Surveyor

About the role

The role reports into the Commercial team and is responsible for the commercial management of mechanical and electrical (MEP) packages from procurement through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subcontract procurement, valuations, variations, payments and final accounts for MEP packages.
• Oversee the commercial aspects of mechanical and electrical building services across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Monitor project profitability and provide commercial reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, preferably with an MEP contractor.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Good contractual knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
