MEP Revit Technician – Building Services

About the role

We are seeking a talented MEP Revit Technician to join a leading M&E contractor’s Building Services design team in Bolton. The role involves creating detailed mechanical and electrical drawings and BIM models for a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate M&E drawings and Revit models.
• Utilise Revit and AutoCAD across diverse projects.
• Apply BIM principles and assist with clash detection.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines, architects and external consultants to integrate building services.
• Attend design team meetings, site visits and inspections as required.
• Ensure all drawings comply with legislation, standards and best practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a building services role.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Sound knowledge of relevant regulations, standards and codes of practice.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
