MEP Revit Technician – Building Services (Nottingham)

About the role

The company is a leading privately‑owned Building Services consultancy seeking an experienced MEP Revit Technician for its Nottingham office. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering building services solutions from early feasibility through to fully coordinated installation designs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Building Services Engineers to produce coordinated MEP drawings.
• Create and coordinate Building Services models using Revit MEP.
• Develop, amend and manage MEP families, objects, tags, legends, schedules and templates.
• Produce and revise drawings in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Support project delivery within agreed timescales and follow BIM protocols.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry regulations and design standards.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and apprentices.
• Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, contractors and colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and related software.
• Previous experience in the MEP/Building Services industry.
• Good understanding of Building Services coordination.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workloads, work independently and as part of a team.
• ONC/HNC in a relevant discipline is desirable.
