Merchandiser – Flexible Part‑Time (Hoddesdon)

About the role

As an Instore Merchandiser you will bring products to life on the shop floor, managing your own territory and ensuring point‑of‑sale placements are attractive and on‑brand. You will handle stock replenishment, auditing and maintain high visual standards while building strong relationships with store staff.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute point‑of‑sale product placements.
• Replenish stock and conduct regular audits.
• Create and maintain visually impactful displays.
• Ensure displays stay on‑brand and are well‑stocked.
• Develop and follow a cost‑effective journey plan for store visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Friendly, confident personality with a can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
• Resides within 15 miles of Hoddesdon.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
