Merchandiser – Flexible Part‑Time (Stockton‑on‑Tees/Hartlepool)

About the role

As an In‑store Merchandiser you will bring products to life on the shop floor, managing your own territory and ensuring point‑of‑sale displays are on‑brand and fully stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute product placement and visual displays in assigned stores.
• Replenish stock, conduct audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Build strong relationships with store staff and managers.
• Develop and follow a cost‑effective journey plan for each visit.
• Ensure all displays comply with brand standards and health‑and‑safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Friendly, confident personality with a can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
• Resident within 15 miles of the advertised area.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure and deliver excellent customer service.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

• Flexible part‑time contract (5‑20 hours/week, not guaranteed).
• £14.24 per hour (includes holiday pay).
