Merchandiser – Retail Merchandising (Full‑time)

About the role

Booker is looking for a field‑based Merchandiser to join its Retail Merchandising team. This full‑time position works 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and involves travelling across the North East, North West, Yorkshire and North Wales to ensure stores are set up correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Regional Development teams to implement planograms and prepare stores for opening.
• Create and place retailer orders to maintain stock availability during merchandising programmes.
• Travel efficiently between multiple sites, including occasional overnight stays.
• Support regional projects and assist other merchandising teams when required.

Required profile

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the covered region.
• Reliable driver with a valid licence.
• Full‑time availability Monday‑Friday.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
