About the role
We are looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our fast‑moving beauty merchandising team. You will support end‑to‑end stock management, assist with purchase order creation and help maximise product availability across our online platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the merchandising team, including data entry and document management.
- Raise and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update product information in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with buying, trading and commercial marketing to align stock levels with sales forecasts.
- Prepare regular stock and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management software.
- Basic understanding of purchase order processes.
