Merchandising and Allocation Specialist

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium fashion brand that is expanding globally across EMEA. The role blends analytical merchandising work with hands‑on allocation and in‑season trading, supporting strong commercial performance across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of financial plans, Open‑to‑Buy (OTB) and inventory forecasts aligned with seasonal ranges.
• Develop assortments by channel and geography, providing hindsight analysis for future range planning.
• Execute allocation and replenishment strategies, monitor in‑season performance and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure product availability and support full‑price sell‑through.
• Maintain accuracy of master data management (MDM) and system data flows, identifying process‑improvement opportunities.
• Produce weekly and seasonal KPI reports, delivering data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication with merchandising, visual merchandising, retail, logistics and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, buying, planning or allocation, preferably within fashion.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
