MET Technician – Range Rover Classics

About the role

We are looking for a skilled MET Technician to join Kingsley Cars Ltd and work on iconic Range Rover Classics, from factory‑spec restorations to bespoke performance builds. The role involves restoring and modernising classic 4x4s while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Strip and refit vehicle components to manufacturer and custom specifications.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems including suspension, brakes, drivetrain and cooling.
• Troubleshoot and install electrical systems, from period‑correct wiring looms to modern ECUs, infotainment and lighting upgrades.
• Fit and align interior trim to ensure perfect finish.
• Collaborate with fabricators and painters to uphold build quality.
• Support both OEM restorations and high‑performance Kingsley KSR conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an MET Technician on classic or modern vehicles.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to read and adapt wiring diagrams for modern functions.
• Methodical, detail‑oriented approach with pride in workmanship.
