Metadata Coordinator

About the role

Armada Music is looking for a meticulous Metadata Coordinator to join its Digital department. You will ensure that all releases are correctly prepared and uploaded to major streaming platforms, helping fans worldwide enjoy the label’s music.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and verify metadata (writer credits, ISRC, barcodes, genres, etc.) and create label copies.
• Prepare releases for upload, perform quality control, and manage bulk catalog uploads.
• Maintain complete release schedules with all relevant links and information.
• Confirm that releases are live on DSPs (Spotify, Apple, YouTube, Beatport, Amazon) in the correct format.
• Propose and implement improvements to the digital distribution workflow.
• Support other distribution operations and contribute ideas for process optimisation.

Required profile

• College degree with experience handling music metadata and a supply‑chain platform such as FUGA.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Passion for dance music and regular use of music streaming services.
• Fluent English.
• Resident of or near Amsterdam or London.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with the FUGA platform.
• Familiarity with audio editing software (e.g., Ableton) – bonus.
