Microsoft 365 Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join Adria Solutions in Manchester. The role focuses on delivering expert support for Microsoft 365 services, especially Entra ID, SharePoint and PowerShell automation, while working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding and implementation, including user account setup, SharePoint configuration, Entra ID permission troubleshooting, and data migration assistance.
• Execute PowerShell scripts for automation and bulk changes.
• Act as an escalation point for 1st‑line support, resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues, and collaborate with support teams.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases, create troubleshooting guides, and document client tenancy configurations.

• Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams.
• Capacity to prioritize and perform under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, confident in client meetings.
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
