Microsoft AI CoPilot Consultant – Hybrid (Reading)

About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft AI CoPilot Consultant to join a leading Microsoft‑focused technology consultancy in Reading. The role involves designing, building and delivering AI‑powered solutions using Microsoft CoPilot, Power Platform and Azure services, working directly with customers to solve real‑world challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions and workshops to identify AI opportunities.
• Understand business challenges and translate them into practical Microsoft solutions.
• Design and build AI agents using Microsoft CoPilot Studio.
• Develop automation solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
• Support integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure services and Azure AI Foundry.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Microsoft AI technologies and capabilities.

Required profile

• Experience working directly with customers, stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong ability to understand business problems and propose Microsoft‑based solutions.

• Microsoft CoPilot Studio (building AI agents)
