Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Consultant (Power Platform)

About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Consultant (Power Platform) to join an established Microsoft Partner’s Professional Services team. The role is fully remote within the UK and involves guiding clients from discovery through implementation, training and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design, configure and customise Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned to client needs.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for the Microsoft Power Platform, including AI features such as Copilot.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops and end‑user training.
• Support solution enhancements and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure projects follow structured development, UAT and production deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants and technical teams while managing multiple engagements.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions.
• Strong expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform and its AI capabilities.
• Experience delivering customer workshops and training sessions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Microsoft PL‑900 certification or equivalent knowledge.
