Microsoft Dynamics Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Trainer to join a market‑leading professional services organisation in central Bristol. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office, and focuses on driving technology adoption and user confidence across large‑scale transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead training workstreams across multiple change and transformation initiatives.
• Design and deliver engaging learning solutions for end users, both virtually and face‑to‑face.
• Create eLearning modules, instructional videos, and digital learning content using tools such as Adobe Captivate.
• Produce user guides, quick reference materials, and knowledge resources.
• Provide go‑live support through webinars, floor‑walking, and on‑site assistance.
• Develop micro‑learning content and video‑based training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning needs and drive engagement.
• Support broader change management and technology adoption activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technology‑focused training programmes.
• Previous experience training on Dynamics 365 modules.
• Strong eLearning and digital content creation background.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Confidence working with senior leadership and occasional travel to UK offices.
