About the role

Join Vermillion Analytics as a Microsoft Sales Lead and help drive the UK expansion of a fast‑growing Microsoft Solutions Partner. This hybrid role combines strategic new‑business development with deep expertise in Microsoft consulting services, offering uncapped commission and the chance to shape the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and win new enterprise and mid‑market customers across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Sell consulting services covering Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Data & AI, Modern Workplace and Business Applications.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors and other senior decision‑makers.
• Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business outcomes and measurable impact.
• Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to successful close.
• Collaborate closely with Microsoft and internal technical specialists to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning new business within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience selling consulting services rather than product licences.
• Strong ability to understand complex business challenges and position technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
