Microsoft Security Lead – Senior Role

About the role

We are partnering with a leading technology consultancy to recruit a Senior Microsoft Security Lead. You will own the development of a comprehensive security strategy, enable security resellers, and act as the bridge between business priorities and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex Microsoft security strategies for clients.
• Drive security reseller enablement and manage partner collaborations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the central point for security initiatives.
• Lead partner‑facing sessions and senior vendor conversations.
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to deliver integrated partner campaigns.
• Advise clients on Microsoft security products and services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT relationship management, stakeholder communication or vendor management.
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem and experience working alongside Microsoft.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity or cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for senior‑level partner engagements.
• Experience linking sales and marketing to create joint partner activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline.
