About the role
We are seeking a talented Developer with solid experience in Microsoft technologies to join our Engineering team. You will design, build and deliver high‑quality software solutions that support the Energy Saving Trust’s mission to tackle the climate emergency.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver applications using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server and Azure.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, testing and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with clients, project teams and technical colleagues to create robust, scalable and secure solutions.
- Improve system performance, resilience and maintainability through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach and support junior developers, fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a software development role with Microsoft platforms.
- Strong communication skills, able to liaise with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and share knowledge.
