Mid-level Product Designer – Full Time

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level designer to collaborate with business analysts, product managers and tech teams, leading product design initiatives and ensuring high‑quality user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Work with BAs, product managers and tech teams to lead the product design.
• Accurately estimate design tickets during planning sessions.
• Contribute to sketching sessions involving non‑designers.
• Create and maintain pattern libraries.
• Leverage interface patterns to improve UX rather than reinventing the wheel.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience as a mid‑level designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design work.
• Ability to read and interpret project documentation.
• Experience designing products for platforms such as Envato/U18 is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, self‑motivation and ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to work quickly and deliver projects on time.
