Mid-Level Web Developer – Cloud & .NET

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Web Developer to join an innovative technology organisation in the travel and mobility sector. You will work on cloud‑based, high‑volume digital experiences, contributing across the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment. The role is based in Central Brighton with a hybrid working pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using .NET technologies.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.
• Build and manage cloud‑native solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
• Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP APIs with third‑party systems.
• Design, optimise and maintain SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
• Support the full SDLC, including testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional software or application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, micro‑services and performance optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
